Youth Programs:

Our Youth Programs follow the same 13-week curriculum-based MMA Striking as the adults; catered for kids! Our Little Ninjas are ages 6-8 and our Young Warriors are ages 9-12. These groups lay the foundation of your child’s Marital Arts journey! With a mixture of heavy bag and partner work, they will be learning offensive and defensive skills along the way! This is a belted program, with opportunities to test after coach approval. We are incredibly proud of our Youth Programs Coaching Staff. Many of them are Snohomish High School students! Our experience with this gym and team has been like no other! It was important that we find a gym that not only taught our 8 year old son the skills we were looking for, but more so that he would be led by role models that would help build his character. During one of my sonâ€™s sessions, I observed Coach Hussain firmly and patiently coaching a student who was acting up and disrupting the class, and constantly helping redirect him towards respectful responses. I saw him reach the students heart in a kind and loving manner, but also encouraging him with some tough love. I know itâ€™s not easy to train and discipline 7-8 year old boys! Thanks, Coach Hussain, for your commitment to our little ones! This mama is grateful that you take the time to not only develop their kickboxing skills, but also their character.
