Our MMA Bootcamp program is designed to improve balance, coordination, overall strength, aid body fat reduction, and cardiovascular health. We use tools like kettle bells, dumbbells, heavy bags, TRX, Bulgarian bags, BOSU balls, medicine balls and resistance bands to help you bring out your inner warrior! These 50-minute sessions will leave you wanting more and help you feel stronger on and off the mats. Whether you are a seasoned athlete, or just starting your fitness journey, you are welcome here!
