At WildStyle, our fitness programs are intentionally designed to deliver results through a powerful mix of high-intensity training, dedicated strength work, and essential recovery. Each class serves a purpose—and together, they create a balanced, sustainable approach to becoming your strongest self.
Our Champ Camp classes (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday) are the heartbeat of our HIIT program—combining heavy bag work, footwork drills, kettlebells, dumbbells, slam balls, suspension trainers, and more. These sessions are high-energy, full-body workouts that improve endurance, coordination, and power.
On Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, we shift the focus to strength with our Champion Strength classes. These workouts are all about building lean muscle, enhancing stability, and developing real-world functional strength to support both performance and longevity.
To complete the cycle, we’ve added Warrior Flow classes throughout the week—designed for recovery, flexibility, and mobility. These sessions help our members reset their bodies, prevent injury, and continue training at a high level all week long.

Champ Camp HIIT

Champ Camp is our signature high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class, designed to push limits and unlock performance. Held on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, these full-body workouts fuse striking and strength in a unique, high-energy format.
Expect to rotate through stations featuring heavy bag work, footwork and coordination drills, and tools like slam balls, kettlebells, dumbbells, and suspension trainers. Every element is chosen to build explosive power, endurance, and agility—all while keeping your mind engaged and your heart pumping.

Champion Strength

Our Champion Strength classes (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday) are rooted in functional, sustainable strength training. We prioritize movements that build a strong, capable body for the long run—not just the mirror.
Instead of barbells, we intentionally use kettlebells, dumbbells, and bodyweight movements to encourage greater range of motion, joint stability, and unilateral strength. These tools allow us to train safely, adapt to every fitness level, and focus on quality movement over ego lifting.
You’ll still get strong—make no mistake. But you’ll also move better, feel better, and train in a way that supports your overall fitness journey, whether you’re in Champ Camp, on the mats, or just living life.
Warrior Flow

Warrior Flow is the essential piece of the puzzle that keeps our athletes strong, mobile, and injury-free. These classes are strategically placed throughout the week to help members recover, restore, and recharge between their high-intensity sessions.
Each session blends mobility training, active recovery, breathwork, shadowboxing, and foam rolling techniques to help your body reset and your mind refocus. We incorporate self-myofascial release to target tight muscles and improve movement quality—so you can keep training hard without burning out.
