What is the standard that a gym is measured by? Is it the square footage of the facility, the amount of equipment inside that facility, is it the coaching staff, or something entirely different? Most of the conditioning the equipment offers, you can reproduce at home with items you already own. With that being true, you can get the same results from wandering around inside a multi-thousand sq. ft. facility with no idea what to do, as you probably have gotten from wandering around your own garage. For that reason, I think a gym needs to offer more then sq. footage and equipment. I wandered my multi thousand sq. foot facility sweating and lifting and running, with some results. But never anywhere close to what I had envisioned my goals to be. I also planned and prepared an at home routine, that never seemed to fall into a routine. That being said, I had an idea of what made a gym. When I walked in to sign up, I wasn’t signing up for me. I was there as a father/son team, to get him going. That was probably 2 years ago. And that idea I had, of what made a gym, was not what I found. What makes this gym starts at the top. Jason Morris and Sara Palazzolo-Morris, they would run the gym alone, before they allowed the wrong person on their staff. But lucky for them, they also seem to have a gift for finding really solid, good people. All the coaching staff there seem to bleed this crazy positive energy. There is really no way to state how much of themselves the coaches give into that gym. And that seems to emulate to everyone else inside. You can see it when you look around. You are in this strange place, surrounded by people you might barely know, but there’s a trust. Individually on your own path, with your own goals, but in it together. Everyone around you, not just the coaches, really truly want to see you succeed at your goals. And also appreciate the help you can lend to theirs. You’re a team. It’s an atmosphere that should exist in so many other places in life. I don’t call out a lot of businesses or products. But I believe in this gym. I can tell you how far I’ve come. I can also say that I’m way closer then I’ve made it anywhere else. But I can also say that the thing I was looking for wasn’t what I was looking for.

The workout was great and i felt it the next day. Everyone from the coaches to the other members were very friendly and Encouraging!! I will definitely be going back!

So thankful to have discovered this place! Signed our kiddo up for the “Little Warriors” program, where she is learning MMA, along with a myriad of of other skills, such as respect, self respect, confidence, discipline, dedication, etc. Watching her in her class for a week inspired me to sign myself up! We love it here!! Sara, one of the co-owners, and coaches, is SOO sweet and so amazing! And fully of energy! She’s so motivating! ALL of the coaches here are awesome! I love the flexibility in the scheduling and that you have the opportunity to participate in any class of your choice. This isn’t some gym you come to and feel embarrassed or judged, or side eyed by the fit, buff, already in shape gym addicts. Everyone here is so nice and they’re all so encouraging to one another. The kid classes are designed well and incorporate fun into their training. This is the first thing we’ve signed our daughter up for that she’s still extremely excited about, well into her third week in! Thank You Sara and everyone at WildStlye!!!

Professionally operated business, personable team/coaches, smaller venue means smaller groups giving a more one on one vibe.

My son has struggled greatly feeling as if he “belongs” anywhere. In the last weeks his posture is a little different. He’s becoming aware of himself and others. He’s observing boundaries and setting goals and feeling “seen”. I’m grateful for this gym. I’m grateful for the leadership, community, and investment in my kid. In a short time I see an immeasurable difference. Tonight he practiced tying his belt and before he went to bed asked that if I wash his shirt and belt I keep track of them and make sure they don’t touch the ground. 🤭🙌🏻 Thank you to his coaches! He’s setting personal goals for the first time. Highly recommend.

These guys are absolutely great! Whether you want to get fit, gain mobility or you want to learn martial arts and self defense, I highly recommend giving Wild Style a try. I've witnessed many people lose weight and have seen literally changed lives, with their positive culture of team and being the best you. Sara, Jason, Mags, and all of the team are great people who genuinely care for the members.

For the small kids class the instructor was super fun yet strict and didnt let the kids get away with too much. The kids had a blast and ran around the whole time. Maggie taught my class and was freaking superb. Super motivating, great playlist, seems like shes been teaching for years. Also so personable and it seems like everyone loves her

Great first experience! The excitement is high and the joy is real. I believe my girl is going to be pushed in a good way!
