A group stand-up combative class combining techniques from a variety of disciplines including boxing, karate, and Muay Thai. Kickboxing is a great way to learn self-defense in an enjoyable workout environment.
This program combines MMA elements with functional fitness, strength & conditioning. We incorporate kickboxing heavy bag work, foot work and coordination drills and ground and pound with HIIT & Strength style training including kettle bells, dumbells, TRX, slam balls and more for a fun, effective and fast paced experience.
