“With An Enthusiastic Team You Can Achieve Anything”
JASON MORRIS
I began training martial arts while I was in high school. I began coaching 20 years ago to help pay for my training and competition dues. Eventually, after retiring from competition, I decided to start coaching martial arts full time. In 2019, I opened my first martial arts gym. In 2022, after we go the gym up and running, we started WildStyle Promotions.
When we started All-City Fight Night my first goal was to provide our athletes with the best experience possible. I want to create an environment where our athletes are provided with good matches based on their skill level that will help them build their careers from amateur to professional.
I also want to provide an excellent experience for our fans. One in which the whole show is as entertaining the fights themselves. Where the environment is entertaining and engaging, keep our fans happy. Where our fans want to continue to come back and because they know they will always have a great time.
SARA MORRIS
Sara’s fitness journey began in middle school when she enrolled in a life changing weight lifting class. From this class, she was able to overcome the adolescent body insecurities that are common among many young women. Along with her improved self-esteem, Sara also developed an interest in taking on new physical challenges. This is what led her to martial arts.
Sara’s first martial arts training took place in a family martial arts studio which specialized in Japanese Jiu-Jitsu. Here, she immediately fell in love with the supportive environment and how empowering it was to learn how to defend herself. Because of this great experience, she has continued to train throughout adulthood. She has trained a number of different martial arts including boxing, Karate, kickboxing and wrestling.
Sara’s passion for fitness and martial arts led to her decision to become a trainer. As a trainer, she has travelled and taught all over the country, learned from industry leaders in both fitness and martial arts, and earned a number of specialized certifications.
Throughout the years, Sara has had the pleasure of bringing fitness and martial arts to thousands of people. She has also inspired a number of her peers to become trainers as well. Sara finds the most joy when she empowers others to live healthier and happier lives through fitness and martial arts training.

My first official day at WildStyle Gym was October 10th of 2020. Six months later I was helping coach fitness classes and then found myself working at the Front Desk by May of 2021. Fastforward to now, I am their Operations Manager. Many call me the “Gym Mom” and I couldn’t be prouder to carry that title. In my time here I have competed twice in Jiujitsu, conquered Spartan Races, competed in a Muay Thai Kickboxing Exhibition, and am currently training for a half-marathon! Just like our Mission Statement; WildStyle has helped empower me by integrating fitness and martial arts into my life. I found this place when I was 9 months clean and sober and after my first session, I never looked back. This was a place I needed to be. This is the place where my “One Day” turned into a “Day One” and I’ll keep coming back for the foreseeable future. In my free time I hang out with my cat, Banjo, and like to go running. I enjoy painting and watching Lord of the Rings. See you on the mats!

My first session at Wildstyle Gym happened on March 7th, 2019, one month before the gym’s official grand opening. On that day, Head Coach Jason Morris coached me through a Freestyle Kickboxing Session while holding Muay Thai Pads as targets for me. Since then, I have immersed and committed myself to learning the art of striking. Within one year of being at Wildstyle Gym I decided to follow through on my thoughts of becoming a certified Fitness Coach/Trainer because Coach Sara and Jason Morris re-lit and re-inspired my interest in a professional fitness career. On the other hand, personally, I have been able to advance my skills as a martial artist with consistent, sometimes rigorous, but always worth it training. Within two years, I was ready for another first, a Muay Thai Kick Boxing Smoker. Ask me about it! From start to finish it was an incredible/impactful experience.
I am lucky to have been introduced to Wildstyle Gym as it was being built from the ground up, I feel as if I have grown with it. Learning martial arts at Wildstyle Gym was just what I needed on March 7th, 2019, and I still find value in what we do every single day. We have a couple sayings here at the gym… “Always Ready”, “Still Here” and “Let’s Go”. So, you in?

My martial arts journey began around age 10, when my dad started teaching my brother and me to box and wrestle. In later years I got into more acrobatic activities such as parkour and choreographed performances. In February of 2021, I started learning Chinese martial arts, and then found WildStyle about 8 months later. Since joining that October, I’ve met countless amazing people, learned more than I ever thought I could, accomplished personal and professional goals, and much more. And it’s all thanks to the wonderful community I’m blessed to be a part of here at WildStyle. Come out and play! —Your Friend “Wacky Chan”.
Coach Marilee
I’ve been an athlete all my life and absolutely love getting to incorporate fitness into my daily rhythm and as my work! For me, coaching is an act of love. It is an honor to help others build and care for their good bodies!
I started coaching youth soccer and track when I was twenty but didn’t begin coaching adults until 2018. I was a kickboxing instructor at gyms in Kirkland and Bellevue before moving to Snohomish in 2021. That summer I met Sara Morris at the farmers market where she pretty much offered me a job on the spot! The rest is history and I’m humbled and grateful for what I get to do at Wild Style gym!
When(if?!) I’m not on the mats you’ll find me with my husband and 4 kids, paddle boarding, doing puzzles, reading, traveling or cheering like a maniac on the sidelines of my kids’ sports events! I’m always midway through a home renovation project or chauffeuring my kids around as they live their best lives. 😆 Put me in the sunshine and I’m at my happiest!

My first session with Wildstyle was in October of 2022; three weeks after moving to Snohomish County. Prior to finding WildStyle I had very little experience in Martial Arts, and was looking for a way to utilize my certification as a self-defense instructor, and gain the confidence I needed to transition into a new phase of my life. I started off in WildStyle’s Fitness Programs, and very quickly fell in love with the art and community that our gym offers in its entirety. Wildstyle has been a fixture in my advancement and growth, and I am so excited to be a part of their incredible team in all ways.
Coach Steve
Muay Thai is for everyone. I love the sport because age, fitness and ability are not barriers to developing the spirit to endure and grow. The WildStyle community embraces this attitude and provides outstanding instruction that I am proud to be a part of.
I have had the pleasure to train with legends such as Saenchai, Superlek, Lerdsila, Luke Lessei and Ajarn Sean Douglas. Each of them embody how sharing the skills and traditions of the “Art of Eight Limbs” is woven into Muay Thai culture.
I aspire to do the same as a coach at WildStyle.
Coach Kirsten
After falling in love with the practice of yoga in 2017 Kirsten began her Yoga instructor training journey in 2018 with a 30 hour Yin/Nidra teacher training course. I found WildStyle Gym in 2021 in high school, I didn’t play any sports until I found kickboxing. After my first class I fell in love and instantly joined the same day, after that I’ve been going consistently for almost 3 years and still feel the same passion as I started and I’m not stopping anytime soon.
Coach Katelynn
I have so many passions that keep me busy and bring me joy. I decided to do kickboxing because I was looking for an activity focusing on fitness and health, and I wanted to find who I was. I love the way the workout makes me feel and being a part of a community of so many amazing people. I also enjoy drawing and painting. Spending time with my family is very important to me, whether we’re traveling to a beach or having a day trip on the boat together. I have a cat and a dog that requires a lot of patience and brings me so much happiness every day. Traveling the world and exploring new cultures excites me and helps me grow as a person. All these interests, especially kickboxing, and the people in my life make me who I am and bring me so much joy.

“I came to WildStyle overweight, deeply insecure, and uncomfortable with my body. I gained a lot of weight during my pregnancy and really struggled to find the correct form of exercise that I could enjoy and help me reach my goals. WildStyle quickly became one of my most favorite places to be, the community is one of the best I have found. I’ve gained so much confidence and strength since I started coming here. Since joining WildStyle and training kickboxing I’ve had the joy to compete in two tournaments and had my first Muay Thai exhibition. I’m excited to keep on training and work towards getting into the ring again!”
